Dude, Where’s My Package? (Episode 1)


Customers want to know when their product ships and when they can expect to receive it. Rather than simply sending out a tracking number and expecting the shoppers to do all the work, it would be nice to use smart shipping software to make your job easy and keep your customers happy. No taps, no clicks, the overview is just there.

There are several solutions out in the open, but what if it was all centralised? So as soon as you make an order, you don’t need to do anything else and can already see the tracking details. Wouldn’t it be nice!

For example, in South-East Asia over 90% of customer complaints and negative feedback are related to late delivery and a lack of communication about delivery status…

In short, faster parcel deliveries lead to a higher customer satisfaction rating and if you add a touch of transparency in the process, you might be onto something 🙂
