Since Prike’s eCom revenue and profitability depended on having a website that attracts visitors and converts them into paying customers, they urgently needed to address these sorts of business-critical issues.

The solution

As most of our eCom clients, we started by thoroughly auditing Prike’s current website, customer flow, and conversion ratios. We divided the audit into ten different workflows, including heuristic analysis, analytics health check, in-depth cross-device analysis, team interviews, customer questionnaires with onsite surveys, heatmaps & scroll maps analysis offline user testing.

The Outcome

We summarised our findings in the form of a 50-page optimization action report, including a step-by-step growth roadmap for Prike to implement as they plan to redesign their website. The in-depth UX Audit gives the design and marketing team the knowledge to design a high conversion eCommerce store that brings desired results from day one. The audit will also generate high ROI and accelerate business growth after the redesign while saving money during the site development phase. We also did a few design treatments to Prike’s existing site to ease the pain until the site gets a proper redesign treatment.
