The challenge 

The Tavex Group serves more than 1.9 million customers annually and sells over 4 tons of gold each year (1 kg costs over €50,000). Not to mention silver and forex. The group has eCommerce platforms and offices in 8 European countries.

Inconsistent user experience in many countries and low conversion rates, resulting in moderate-income from online channels. Bitfiner’s goal was to design a common eCommerce platform for the group’s eight branches.

The solution

The project had nearly 500 screens to be designed. It is far from what you see on an average eCommerce website. On top of the traditional eCommerce pages, we created many automated marketing systems such as Virtual Portfolio, Price Bot, Market Watch, Custom Charts, Tavex ID, and a lot more. 


Over 500 screens designed for mobile and desktop devices. Hundreds and hundreds of hours of hard work made some very positive changes in the revenue streams. The Tavex Facelift project has won several awards, too. The group website:
